Hillary Eaton is a freelance writer, editor, digital strategist, and former restaurant critic living in Los Angeles. She covers everything food, spirits, wine, culture, lifestyle, and travel. Foods (McDonald’s, KFC, Taco Bell) and formed social media, PR, and digital marketing strategies for such past clients as Blo Blow Dry Bar (national), LIVESTRONG.COM, and Flora Health.

She has also owned and operated several restaurants, with a fine dining background in cooking and service. She is responsible for multiple award-winning restaurants, that have earned accolades such as Food & Wine’s Best Restaurants in the World (Pasture, 2020), Conde Nast Traveler Hot List (Boxer, 2021) and 50 Best Discovery.
